SiparaQR Self-Service QR Ordering

A SaaS product we built for small businesses. Customers scan the QR code on the table, order from the menu, pay by card or at the counter, and pick up their order when it's ready.

The need

At peak hours, queues form at the counter, orders get mixed up and staffing costs rise.

How it works

The business enters its menu in the panel and prints QR codes for tables or the counter.
The customer scans the QR code and orders from their phone.
They pay by card or at the counter; the order appears on the kitchen screen.
When the order is ready, the customer picks it up with their order QR code.
