AGV Application Management System

A system that digitizes application processes for foundations and institutions from end to end. Applicants submit their applications, committee members score them, and the administrator approves the results and pre-registration.

The need

Collecting applications by email and paper forms leads to lost documents, inconsistent evaluations from one reviewer to the next, and late announcement of results.

How it works

1. The institution defines the application period and the evaluation criteria.
2. The applicant creates an account, completes the form step by step and uploads their documents.
3. Committee members score the applications assigned to them on each criterion; the system calculates averages and rankings.
4. The administrator approves the results; accepted applicants move on to pre-registration and are notified.
